Gap betwwen Poor & Rich in the world

In the world in 1995 , there are great differences between rich and poor, developed and less developed countries . But why? Who is to blame? What can we do about it? Many things have been tied out to solve the problems , but does it work ? It seems strange that modern smart people still have not managed to get rid of the differences between developing countries (developed countries) and LCD ( least developed countries ) . Why not try ? Every year we give 2% of our Gross National Product GNP to foreign aid for a better life (better agriculture , more and better schools and hospitals , access to health personnel, drugs , etc. . )

Moreover, it is our " standard of living " best for LCD screens and we must impose on them? For example , what is the point of giving of giving complex machinery such as tractors and harvesters that require expensive fuel and maintenance people who have harvested their crops by the labor of hundreds of years? We know for a fact that the money we give is not used properly . Much of the money is taken by the government of the least developed countries and a lot of the sum not being used for the purpose it is designed . Bribery and corruption are major problems in developing countries . It was more meaning to dig wells for people who walk miles every day to get their daily water supply to support officials with BMW and stately homes.

The World Bank was established and a large amount of capital poured in despite the fact that the Third World did not have the level of infrastructure , economic and social conditions of qualified personnel to Europe. The failure of this economic development model to produce economic welfare and growth of most Third World countries is due to several factors. These factors include the concentration of economic resources in the hands of the rich and representative government to the exclusion of the vast majority of people affected by the economic decision making and the integration of the economies of the South in an international market where they can compete fairly.

Industrialized countries are keeping LDCs down. They are developing countries that decide coffee - tea and sugar - the prices and thus exert an indirect control of the economy of the countries. We also protect ourselves with high import taxes low and import quotas . The rise of protectionism in Northern markets shut some Third World exports , while at the same time increasing the export of some of the natural resources of the forest timber , for example, created the conditions for a rapid destruction of the atmosphere . At the same time , a major debt crisis produced mainly between southern countries producing mainly for northern markets .

In 1990 began the popular movements that included peasants, workers , women, environmentalists and community groups in the South were challenging adjustment policies and large-scale projects that were ruining the poor and the environment. The aim of these groups is sustainable development . Africa has been established with the help of , among other countries , Norway , mobile medical and visiting remote villages regularly. This form of operational cooperation with host countries - has proven to be the best way to "help" developing countries to develop in their own pace and style of the "Third World" .

I guess this is what has kept underdeveloped Third World countries for a long time : we have set our development with its flaws , lack of respect for nature and other countries and other cultures and greed that threatens to ruin the balance of our environment .
